摘要 溃坝洪水一般发生时间短,洪峰流量大,淹没范围广,对于溃坝洪水进行模拟演进分析,并采取相关预防措施十分必要。以迁西县西关水库为例,模拟工况考虑水库坝址下游新建铁路桥1座,分析当西关水库大坝发生溃决时对下游铁路桥的影响。 The dam plays an important role in retaining the flood in the reservoir area.Once the dam breaks,it will cause great loss to the safety of people's life and property in the downstream of the reservoir area.Dam-break flood generally occurs in a short time,has a large peak discharge and a wide submerged area,so it is necessary to simulate the evolution of dam-break flood and take relevant preventive measures.Taking the Xiguan Reservoir in Qianxi County as an example,the simulation condition considers a new railway bridge downstream of the dam site,and analyzes the influence on the downstream railway bridge when the Xiguan Reservoir dam breaks.
