摘要
结合《山东省海河流域综合规划》要求及水闸安全鉴定成果,从水闸闸型比选、构建物布置、水力计算及稳定性分析等方面对水闸拆除重建方案进行详细论证分析。结果表明:优选的原闸址拆除重建提升闸方案,在闸型适宜性、构建物布置合理性、阻水性、运行管理灵活性和工程造价经济性等方面均较优。工程实施后,将全面消除水闸安全隐患,恢复其拦蓄灌溉、防洪排涝和可靠输水调水等功能。
Combining with the flood control standard of Haihe river basin Shandong province and safety review results,the sluice type,structure layout,hydraulic calculation and stability analysis of sluice demolition and reconstruction scheme have been detail demonstrated and analyzed.The results show that the optimized scheme of rebuilding lifting sluice at original gate site has better characteristics of gate type suitability,structure layout rationality,water resistance,operation and management flexibility,and project cost economy.After the implementation of reconstruction project,the potential safety hazard of sluice will be completely eliminated,and its functions such as retaining irrigation,flood control and drainage,reliable water transmission and transfer will be restored.
