牛羊布鲁氏菌cELISA与RBT、SAT检测方法比较

Comparison of cELISA and RBT,SAT for Detecting Brucella in Cattle and Sheep

为比较牛羊布鲁氏菌竞争酶联免疫吸附试验(cELISA)与其他免疫学方法检测的一致性,使用2种国产布鲁氏菌cELISA试剂盒以及虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)方法,对采集自山东省日照市的122份牛羊血清样品分别开展布鲁氏菌抗体检测,比较2种cELISA试剂盒与RBT、SAT检测符合率和Kappa值。结果显示,2种cELISA试剂盒与RBT、SAT的符合率均在82%以上,Kappa值均大于0.61。结果表明,2种国产cELISA试剂盒适于牛羊布鲁氏菌净化检测。本文为牛羊布鲁氏菌血清学检测方法的选择应用提供了参考。

In order to compare the consistency of competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(cELISA)and other immunological methods,122 serum samples of cattle and sheep collected from Rizhao City of Shandong Province were detected for antibodies against Brucella by two kinds of domestic cELISA kits as well as tiger red plate agglutination test(RBT)and tube agglutination test(SAT),and the coincidence rate and Kappa value of the two kits with RBT and SAT were compared.It was found that the coincidence rate and Kappa value were above 82%and 0.61,respectively,therefore,the two kits were suitable for purification and detection of Brucella.Some references were thereby provided for the selection and application of serological detection methods for Brucella.
