基于郑惠芳健脾补肾法再论“卵巢为奇恒之脏” 被引量:9

摘要 山东郑氏妇科温补流派创始于清末民初,是齐鲁中医妇科一支重要的学术流派。郑惠芳为郑氏温补流派创始人郑晋卿先生之女,深得其传,后继承衣钵,将流派的建设发扬光大。依据卵巢的形态和功能特点,我们之前提出了“卵巢为奇恒之脏”,具有藏泄二重性的观点,并进行了一系列的论述。现结合郑惠芳温补理论再次探讨健脾补肾与“卵巢藏泄”的关系,及对“卵巢藏泄失司”的治疗,以期为卵巢功能异常的中医治疗提供理论依据。 The warming and tonifying school of Shandong ZHENGs’Gynecology founded in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China is an important academic school of Qilu traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)gynecology.ZHENG Huifang is the daughter of Mr.ZHENG Jinqing,the founder of the warming and tonifying school of ZHENGs’Gynecology.She inherits the mantle and carries forward the construction of the school.According to the morphology and functional characteristics of the ovary,we previously put forward that“Ovary is the extraordinary Zang-organ”,and it has the dual nature of storage and discharge,on which we have carried out a series of elaboration.Based on ZHENG Huifang’s theory of warming and tonifying,this paper discusses the relationship between strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney and“ovary’s storage and discharge”,as well as the treatment of“abnormal storage and discharge of ovary”with a prospect of providing a theoretical basis for the TCM treatment of abnormal ovary function.
