合肥都市圈框架下六安市发展困境及发展路径研究

Research on the Development Dilemma and Development Path of Lu’an City under the Framework of Hefei Metropolitan Area

改革开放40多年来,中国城镇化得到了快速发展,实现了由高速度增长向高质量发展的转变,逐步形成城市群、都市圈协同发展的城镇化新格局。都市圈框架下,都市圈内大城市与中小城市协调发展面临一些问题,笔者聚焦合肥都市圈中的六安市,在分析六安市融入合肥都市圈的发展现状的基础上,对合肥都市圈框架下六安发展困境所产生的原因进行深刻剖析,最后提出六安市应该从城市规划、一体化交通、产业合作、科技创新等四个方面寻求发展路径突破,实现跨越式发展。

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s urbanization has developed rapidly,achieving a transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and gradually forming a new urbanization pattern of coordinated development of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas.Under the framework of the metropolitan area,the coordinated development of large cities and small and medium-sized cities in the metropolitan area faces some problems.This article focuses on Lu’an City in the Hefei metropolitan area.Based on the analysis of the development status of Lu’an City in the Hefei metropolitan area,Under the framework,the reasons for the development dilemma of Lu’an are deeply analyzed.Finally,it is proposed that Lu’an City should seek breakthroughs in development paths from four aspects:urban planning,integrated transportation,industrial cooperation,and technological innovation to achieve leapfrog development.
