摘要
在大容量燃煤电厂建设中,“烟塔合一”方案由于具有良好的经济性优势而得以推广应用,但烟气处理设施布置于间接空冷塔内将影响间接空冷塔的冷却效果。本文以某2×1000 MW间接空冷机组工程为依托,采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟方法对比分析了间接空冷塔内有、无烟气处理设施情况下间接空冷塔的运行特性,并对“烟塔合一”方案与常规方案进行了经济性对比。结果表明,与常规方案相比,“烟塔合一”方案由于塔内布置了烟气处理设施、烟道进塔减少了散热器面积,导致间接空冷塔冷却效果降低,出塔水温升高;经济性比较表明,“烟塔合一”方案初投资降低、运行费用升高,整体具有经济性优势。
In the construction of coal-fired power plants,the scheme of"Indirect cooling tower with flue gas injection"has been applied due to its economic advantages,but the arrangement of flue gas treatment facilities in the indirect air cooling tower will affect the cooling effect of the indirect air cooling tower.In this paper,based on a 2×1000 MW indirect air cooling unit project,CFD numerical simulation method was used to compare and analyze the operation characteristics of indirect air cooling tower with and without smoke treatment facilities in the indirect air cooling tower,and the economic comparison between the"Indirect cooling tower with flue gas injection"scheme and the conventional scheme was made.The results show that,compared with the conventional scheme,the"Indirect cooling tower with flue gas injection"scheme leads to the decrease of the cooling effect.The economic comparison shows that the"Indirect cooling tower with flue gas injection"scheme has lower initial investment but higher operating cost,and the overall economic advantage.
