摘要
为更好进行湿式冷却塔研究,依托某新建电厂的热源与场地,建立8.0 m×8.0 m的中型实塔测试平台,为国内首个具备热源条件的测试平台。该平台具备填料风速0.8~3.0 m/s、淋水密度7~20 t/(h.m^(2))、最大填料高度2.50 m的试验条件,可以针对湿式冷却塔,实现淋水填料性能、喷溅装置性能、集水装置及防溅装置等塔芯材料的研究工作。目前,应用该平台已完成填料性能修正关系、喷溅装置性能、机力塔分区热力性能等研究工作。
To improve the research on wet cooling tower,one medium-sized tower test platform of 8.0 m×8.0 m based on thermal source and site condition of one new-built plant,is established,which is the first and biggest medium-sized platform with theraml condition in China.The test platform can support wind velocity of 0.8~3.0 m/s,water density of 7~20 t/(h.m^(2))and maximum filling height of 2.50 m,to realize the performance test of filling,distribution device,collecting device and splash-protection device etc.By now,based on this platform have finished study of correction relation on filling performance,performance of distribution device and thermal performance of different MCT partition.
