Discussion on the Experience of Quality Control Circle Activity

本文将2020版《质量管理小组活动准则》与2016版准则进行了对比,结合设计企业的特点,对其中几个关键变化进行了分析,提出了相应的活动思路。同时对设计企业开展QC小组活动的经验进行了探讨。

In this paper,the 2020 version of"Criteria for quality control circle activity"and 2016 version of the criteria are compared,combined with the characteristics of design enterprises,several of the main changes are analyzed,and the corresponding activity ideas are put forward.At the same time,the experience of QC circle activities in design enterprises is discussed.
