摘要 针对在建的某±800 kV特高压直流输电线路的防雷击水平提升设计,运用六西格玛管理的思维方法,对2015年以前在役运行的4条±800 kV特高压直流线路的雷击故障原因、故障发生率进行统计和定量分析,依据在役线路雷击管理的西格玛水平和改进提升空间,提出科学的预防性措施,各参与单位的无边界合作,适应恶劣环境的差异化设计,持续地质量改进活动以及追求“零故障”设计理念等过程控制,是特高压线路防雷击水平提升的主要途径,努力通过低成本的管理突破和质量改进活动来实现最大幅度的质量提升。 This paper aims at improving the design of the lightning protection level of the±800 kV UHV DC transmission line under construction,using the Six Sigma management thinking method,and comparing the UHV DC projects in service before 2015.Perform statistical and quantitative analysis of the failure rate,and propose scientific preventive measures based on the sigma level of the lightning management of the in-service project and the improvement space,borderless cooperation between participating units,the differentiated design to adapt to the harsh environments,and continuous quality improvement activities and process control such as the pursuit of a"zero failure"design concept are the main ways to improve the lightning protection level of UHV project,and strive to achieve the greatest quality improvement through low-cost management and quality improvement activities.
