大西安轨道交通多网融合发展策略研究

Study On Development Strategy of Multi-network Integration of Greater Xi’an Rail Transit

西安作为国家中心城市及关中城市群的核心城市,现状轨道交通规划不足以支撑大西安都市圈的整体发展,提出构筑“轨道上的大西安”和“轨道一张网”的融合发展理念。通过分析大西安空间结构规划、轨道交通发展现状及规划以及旅客出行需求等,研究结论:(1)挖潜国铁、城际线路的富余能力开行市域列车,并调整部分地铁为市域快线,构建承担城市近郊通勤运输功能的市域线网,达到网络融合;(2)提出互联互通的理念与构想,创新运营模式;(3)提出多层次轨道交通枢纽站应采用立体衔接,实现“零距离”换乘。从面、线、点3个层面为大西安轨道交通网的发展指出方向。

Xi'an is the National Central City and the core city of Guanzhong City Group.The current rail transit planning can hardly cope with the overall development of the greater Xi'an metropolitan area.This paper puts forward the integrated development concept of“greater Xi'an on rail”and“one rail network”.Through the analysis of the spatial structure planning of Xi'an,the current development status and planning of rail transit and the passenger travel demand,the paper concludes that(1)tap the rich capacity of national rail and intercity lines,operate urban trains,and adjust part of the subway to the urban express line,and construct the city area line network with the function of commuter transportation in the suburbs,so as to achieve network integration;(2)put forward the principle of interconnection;(3)the multi-level rail transit hub station should adopt three-dimensional connection to realize“zero distance”transfer.This paper points out the direction for the development of Xi'an rail transit network from three aspects:plane,line and point.
