摘要 建党100年来,围绕“为谁培养人”“培养什么人”以及“怎样培养人”等根本性问题,中国共产党制定与贯彻党的教育方针,探索形成了一条富有中国特色的教育发展道路。100年来,先后围绕“为工农服务”“为社会主义服务”“为提高全民族文化素质服务”“为党育才、为国育才”等教育的根本指向,党的教育方针历经了四次里程碑式发展,对教育规律的认识不断深化,对教育发展与改革的指引能力不断增强。百年教育方针彰显了中国共产党对时代精神的教育追求。党贯彻教育方针的实践经验表明,坚持培养社会主义建设者和接班人,是我国发展教育事业的根本目的;坚持党对教育事业的全面领导,是我国教育事业不断发展的根本保证;坚持全面贯彻党的教育方针,是我国教育高质量发展的根本遵循。 Since the Communist Party of China founded,it has been over 100 years.the CPC has explored a way of educational development and reform with Chinese characteristics,centering around such fundamental questions,like"for whom to train","who to train"and"how to train",all which are formulating and implementing educational policy of our Communist Party of China.The educational policy of New China has experienced four landmarks in development and deepened its understanding of educational laws.Meanwhile,enhanced the guidance ability on educational development and reform.Over the past 100 years,the fundamental directions of education have concentrated on"serving the workers and peasants","serving Socialism","serving the improvement of the cultural quality of the whole nation",and educating talents for the Party and the country.The centurial education policy highlights the educational pursuit of the time spirit,and the practical experience indicates that the fundamental aim of developing education in China is to train socialist constructors and successors,and the fundamental guarantee for the continuous development of education in China is to adhere to the party’s overall leadership,and the basic principle of the high-quality development of education in China is to adhere to the party's educational policy.
