摘要
教学过程中普遍存在的违反教学伦理的行为及造成的冲突,是因为教学主体没有形成对某人或某事负责、保护其利益、促进其发展的观念。当前,教学伦理冲突主要表现为教学主体的伦理关系冷漠、教学选择的伦理导向偏失和教学反馈的伦理联系割裂。究其实质,其实是教学主体在考虑多方教学利益时所面临的矛盾和争端,集中于伦理立场、伦理价值及伦理结果的利益冲突。以关怀为视角,通过动机移位、追寻善端及承担责任等途径,可以有效地缓和甚至化解教学伦理的冲突,有利于构建更加富有关怀意蕴的教学伦理关系,过更有道德的教学生活。
The widespread violations of teaching ethics and conflicts in the teaching process are due to the fact that the teaching subject doesn't has the concept of being responsible for someone or something,protecting their interests,and promoting their development.At present,the conflicts of teaching ethics are mainly manifested in the indifference of the ethical relationship between teaching subjects,the deviation of the ethical guidance of teaching choice and the separation of the ethical connection of teaching feedback.The essence is actually the contradictions and disputes faced by the teaching subject when considering the interests of multiple teaching parties,focusing on the conflicts of interest in ethical positions,ethical values,and ethical results.From the perspective of caring,through motive shifting,pursuing kindness,and taking responsibility,we can effectively alleviate or even resolve conflicts in teaching ethics,which is conducive to building a more caring teaching ethical relationship and living a more ethical teaching life.
