摘要
为解决钢管混凝土拱桥施工监控过程中线形的确定和与控制问题,详细阐述了其建设过程中不同阶段对应的线形概念、推导过程及线形控制要点,并以无应力状态法为基础,结合工程案例,采用有限元软件对1座钢管混凝土拱桥进行数值分析,从设计线形开始,连续推导出成桥线形、成拱线形、制造线形和安装线形,用以指导桥梁施工过程中的线形控制。
In order to solve the problem of determination and control of the alignment in the construction monitoring process of CFST arch bridge,the corresponding alignment concept and its derivation in different stages of construction process are elaborated in detail.Based on unstressed state method,combined with the engineering case,the finite element software is used to carry out the numerical analysis on a CFST arch bridge,starting from the design alignment,completed bridge alignment,arch alignment,manufacturing alignment and installation alignment are derived to guide the alignment control in the bridge construction process.
