隧道水压爆破数值模拟分析及应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决某隧道开挖中炸药能量利用率低、掘进效果差、粉尘浓度大等问题,基于水压爆破理论,运用LS-DYNA3D软件建立水压爆破数值模型,对比分析不同装药结构时炮孔近区岩体的爆破有效应力分布,并开展现场应用试验研究。研究结果表明,水压爆破过程中,采用水土复合堵塞,并在孔底用20 cm水袋代替部分炸药的轴向不耦合装药结构时,在同等开挖进尺情况下,炸药的使用量减少,爆破粉尘浓度降低,缩短了施工工期,具有显著的“节能环保”作用。 In order to solve the problems of low explosive energy utilization,poor excavation effect,and high dust concentration in a certain actual tunnel project,the numerical model of hydraulic blasting is established by the LS-DYNA 3D software,based on the basic theory of hydraulic blasting,And the effective stress distribution of blasting near the blast hole with different charging structures is compared and analyzed,and field test research is carried out.The research results show that in the process of hydraulic blasting,when the water-soil composite plugging is used and the 20 cm water bag is used at the bottom of the hole to replace the axially uncoupled charge structure of part of the explosive,the use of explosives is reduced under the same excavation footage.The blasting dust concentration is reduced,the construction period is shortened,and it has a significant"energy saving and environmental protection"effect.
