摘要
随着我国高铁建设的快速发展,建设标准不断提高,为了保证长大隧道的快速掘进,确保作业人员的安全、减少作业人员数量、减轻人员的劳动强度,采用机械化凿岩台车开挖是隧道掘进的最佳选择,也是未来发展的必然趋势。以成昆铁路复线小相岭隧道掘进施工为例,重点分析了机械故障率高和工序衔接不到位对凿岩台车的不利影响,提出了做好维保工作和制定管理制度2点解决措施。
With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway construction,the construction standards continue to increase.In order to ensure the rapid excavation of long and large tunnels,to ensure the safety of operators,to reduce the number of operators,and to reduce labor intensity,mechanized rock drilling rigs are used to excavate tunnels as the best choice for tunneling,which is also the inevitable trend of future development.Taking the excavation and construction of the Xiaoxiangling tunnel on the second line of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway as an example,it focused on the analysis of the adverse effects of the high mechanical failure rate and the inadequate process connection on the rock drilling rig,and proposed two solutions to the maintenance work and the formulation of a management system.
