劳动育人的价值旨归在于引领学生树立劳动观念、塑造劳动品格并练就培养劳动技能养成,在人的全面发展中具有重要的基础育人地位。劳动育人源于中华优秀传统文化、马克思主义劳动观以及中国共产党育人理念。新时代劳动育人要注重规范性,加强教育制度保障,通过构建大中小学一体化课程提升劳动育人各个阶段的有效衔接,并充分挖掘校内外资源增强劳动育人的向心力,不断提升劳动育人事业的质量效度。

The value of labor education lies in guiding students to set up the atlitude to labour,mold the Labor character and train the Labor skills,which plays an important role in the all-round development of human beings.Labor education originates from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,Marxist view of labor and the CPC's education idea.In the new era,we should pay attention to the standardization of labor education,strengthen the guarantee of educational system,promote the effective connection of various stages of labor education through constructing the integrated curriculum of universities,middle schools and primary schools,and fully tap the resources inside and outside school to strengthen the centripetal force of labor education,constantly improving the quality and validity of labor education.
