Discussion on The Detection Method of Antibiotic Residues in Royal Jelly

抗生素是一种能够干扰其他生活细胞发育功能的化学物质,具有一定的抑菌或杀菌作用,广泛应用于蜂病治疗领域。抗生素由蜜蜂吸收至体内后残留在蜂产品中,具有一定的安全隐患。液相色谱、酶联免疫法、放射受体分析法三种不同方法对蜂王浆中抗生素残留的检测研究现状进行了简要综述。

Antibiotic is a kind of chemical substance that can interfere with the development of other living cells.It has a certain antibacterial or bactericidal effect and is widely used in the field of bee disease treatment.Antibiotics are absorbed by bees and remain in bee products,which has a certain potential safety hazard.In this paper,the determination of antibiotic residues in royal jelly by liquid chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and radioreceptor assay was reviewed.
