Chengdu, as a member of the first national historical and cultural cities, one of China’s top ten ancient capitals, has a large number of historical and cultural relics. Chengdu is now elevating the construction of a famous world cultural city to the height of its urban strategy, thinking about how to integrate our unique Tianfu culture and Bashu civilization into the humanistic ties of the world. As a new first-tier city, Chengdu ’ s economy is growing rapidly. With the deepening of urban construction, underground cultural relics faces a dilemma and the Cul-tural heritage protection meets new challenges. Chengdu Archaeology has created a " Chengdu mode " for cultural relics protection to solve this problem. In order to improve the public love of cultural heritage and enhance Inheri-tance of excellent traditional Chinese culture, Chengdu Archaeology has also created a publicity of " Chengdu Style ".Under the legal security and system guarantee, plenty of major archaeological discoveries are constantly emerging, Jin-sha site, Commercial Street boat coffin burial site, Jiangnanguan Street streets and lanes site, Donghuamen site,Xinchuan Innovation and Technology Park Archaeological site, etc. Chengdu Archaeology is gradually uncovering the history underground, to promote the construction of the world’s cultural city of Chengdu.
