摘要
针对我国制造企业生产管理系统响应时间长、生产支出成本控制效果差的问题,设计物联网的制造企业生产管理系统。系统包括界面层、功能层、存储层,通过控制器接收、发送、分析命令,利用FPGA读取、显示、刷新数据,有效避免误操作;利用服务器向无线传感器网络与相关列表发送采集命令,采集相关数据;统计分析模块通过日报表、月报表等统计方式完成生产环境参数统计、企业盈亏计算等功能。测试分析结果显示,该系统响应时间均低于1s,企业生产各项支出成本能够降低4%-15%,总体性能较优越。
To solve the problems of long response time and poor control effect of production expenditure cost in the production management system of manufacturing enterprises in China,the production management system of the Internet of things is designed.The system includes interface layer,function layer and storage layer.It receives,sends and analyzes commands through controller.FPGA could read,display and refresh the data,which could effectively avoid misoperation.The system also sends acquisition commands to wireless sensor network and related lists by server,and collects related data.The statistical analysis module completes the statistics of production environment parameters and enterprise profit and loss calculation and other functions by daily report,monthly report and other statistical methods.The test and analysis results show that the response time of the system is less than 1s,which could reduce the production costs of enterprises by 4%-15%.Thus,the overall performance is superior.
