摘要
目的评价与分析门、急诊处方前置性审核的质量监测指标。方法统计南通大学附属东台医院2018年5月至2019年4月门、急诊处方的处方审核率、处方干预率及处方合理率,并比较推行处方前置性审核前后的处方合理率。结果门诊处方审核率为100%,处方干预率为7.35%,处方合理率为99.20%;急诊处方审核率为37.04%,处方干预率为13.93%,处方合理率为97.67%。与未推行处方前置性审核时相比较,门、急诊处方合理率均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论处方前置性审核工作的开展使得门、急诊处方质量明显提高,有利于保障病人安全、合理用药。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the quality indicators of pre-payment prescription review on outpatient and emergency prescriptions.Methods Pre-payment prescription review rate,prescription intervention rate and rate of reasonable prescription in outpatient and emergency prescriptions in Affiliated Dongtai Hospital of Nantong University from May 2018 to April 2019 were calculated.Rate of reasonable prescription before and after the pre-payment prescription review were compared.Results Pre-payment prescription review rate,prescription intervention rate and rate of reasonable prescriptions for outpatient prescriptions were 100%,7.35%and 99.20%,respectively.Pre-payment prescription review rate,prescription intervention rate and rate of reasonable prescriptions for emergency prescriptions were 37.04%,13.93%and 97.67%,respectively.Compared with that before pre-prescription examination,rate of reasonable outpatient and emergency prescriptions were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of pre-payment prescription review has obviously improved the quality of outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital,which is conducive to ensuring patients’safety and rational use of drugs.
