摘要
“双师型”是职业教育教师与其他教育类型教师的本质区别。“双师型”教师认定从“资格条件”转移到“能力”视角,是我国职业教育理论的一次重大创新。建立和完善职业院校“双师型”教师的准入、评价和培养机制,是新时期建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍的迫切需要。
“Double qualification”is the essential difference between vocational education teachers and other types of education teachers.It is a major innovation of vocational education theory that the recognition of double-qualified teachers is transferred from the perspective of qualification conditions to ability.It is an urgent need to establish and improve the access,evaluation and training mechanism of double-qualified teachers in vocational colleges in the new era.
