“双高”建设视域下高职院校青年教师职业发展的困境与突破

摘要 作为新时期职业教育发展的重要主体,青年教师的职业发展水平直接关系到我国高职教育改革的未来。探讨高职院校青年教师的职场困境,聚焦微观层面个体性、差异性的青年教师职业发展观构建机制,制订契合青年教师职业发展的教师培养制度和考核体系,以期为高职院校教师职业发展打开新的视角,促进现代职业教育可持续发展。 As an important subject of the development of vocational education in the new era,the professional development level of young teachers are directly related to the future of the reform of higher vocational education in China.In this context,through the discussion of the workplace dilemma of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper formulated a teacher system suitable for the career development of young teachers,and focused on the construction mechanism of the development concept of young teachers'career on the micro level of individuality and difference.It is expected to provide a richer perspective for the vocational development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the sustainable development of modern vocational education.
