超疏水绝缘涂层在直流电场下的积污特性和闪络特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 超疏水绝缘涂层具有优异的自洁性、憎水性和电气绝缘特性,在减少直流输电线路绝缘子积污、降低污闪发生概率等方面有良好的应用前景。在直流电场下对比研究了超疏水绝缘涂层与玻璃、室温硫化硅橡胶(Room Temperature Vulcanized Silicon Rubber,RTV)涂层的积污特性和闪络特性。试验结果为:超疏水绝缘涂层的积污量最小,玻璃和RTV涂层的积污量分别是超疏水绝缘涂层的1.25倍和1.66倍;在超声水雾环境的直流闪络试验中,洁净条件下的超疏水绝缘涂层和RTV涂层的闪络电压相当,均约为玻璃涂层的1.7倍;与洁净状态相比,经过积污的超疏水绝缘涂层试品的闪络电压几乎不变,而RTV涂层的闪络电压值却下降了29.8%,即使经过96 h迁移后该值仍下降了15.1%。试验结果表明,超疏水绝缘涂层具有优异的防污闪性能,在直流外绝缘领域具有较大应用潜力。 The superhydrophobic insulation coating has excellent self⁃cleaning,hydrophobic and electrical insulation characteristics,and has a good application prospect in reducing the fouling and the probability of flashover of DC transmission line insulator.The fouling and flashover characteristics of superhydrophobic insulation coating,glass and room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber(RTV)coating were studied under DC electric field.The results show that the fouling of superhydrophobic insulation coating is the least,and the fouling amount of the glass and RTV coating is 1.25 and 1.66 times of the superhydrophobic insulation coating respectively.In the flashover test under the condition of ultrasonic fog,the DC flashover voltage of the superhydrophobic insulation coating and the RTV coating under clean condition is about 1.7 times of glass coating.Compared with the clean state,the flashover voltage of the polluted superhydrophobic insulation coating sample is almost the same,but the flashover voltage of RTV coating decreases by 29.8%,even after 96 h migration,the value still decreases by 15.1%.The experimental results show that the superhydrophobic insulation coating has excellent anti⁃pollution flashover performance,and has great application potential in the field of DC external insulation.
