摘要
某电站锅炉水冷壁管发生爆管,对爆管原因进行分析。导致爆管产生的原因是,喷燃器水平区域火焰冲刷炉墙,在水冷壁管向火侧表面局部形成还原气氛,管壁温度较高,在煤质中含量较高的S元素的作用下,管壁产生高温腐蚀,直至减薄失效。
A boiler water wall tube burst in a utility boiler,and the causes were analyzed.The reason for the tube burst is that the flame in the horizontal area of the burner scours the furnace wall,and a reducing atmosphere is formed on the surface of the water wall tube toward the fire side.The tube wall temperature is higher,and under the action of high content of sulfur element in the coal,the tube wall is corroded at high temperature until thinning failure.
