多元协同视角下的校园足球赛事优化发展

Optimization of the development of schools’football matches based on multiple synergies

校园足球赛事的发展离不开政府、社会、家校等主体的积极参与。构建多元协同优化模式是应对赛事发展困境,提高赛事质量;统一价值认识,实现公平;打破沟通藩篱,促进协作;提升赛事规范,形成主体间监督与制衡的需要。研究认为多元协同模式的主体、方式和格局特征显著区别于传统模式。从而构建了主体协同、目标协同、理念协同、制度协同、过程协同的优化路径,以形成合力,产生协同效应,实现新形势下校园足球赛事质量不断提升的目标。

The development of campus football matches cannot be separated from the active participation of the government,society,home,school and other subjects.Constructing multiple collaborative optimization modes is to deal with the development dilemma of the event and improve the quality;unified understanding,to achieve fairness;breaking down barriers and promoting collaboration;improve the standard,form the need of supervision and balance between the main bodies.It is believed that the main body,method,and pattern characteristics of the multi-dimensional collaborative model are significantly different from the traditional model.In order to form synergy,produce synergistic effect,and realize the goal of continuously improving the quality of campus football matches under the new situation,the optimization path is constructed from the main body synergy,goal synergy,idea synergy,system synergy and process synergy.
