摘要
优秀退役运动员任职体育教师,既是新时代背景下竞技体育和学校体育发展的现实需要,也是国家顶层设计的发展目标。通过分析退役运动员任职体育教师的现实困境,为加强退役运动员职业转换、体育教师队伍建设、竞技体育后备人才培养和发挥学校体育育人功能提供参考。研究表明:体教融合背景下,退役运动员任职体育教师存在准入机制不明确,任职渠道单一;观念转变不充分,工作环境待遇不满意;文化基础薄弱,教学质量有待提高;权益保障机制不完善,教学积极性有待提高等问题,提出明确准入机制,拓展任职渠道;完善再教育培训体系,提高教育教学能力;完善保障机制,提高教学积极性等解决路径。
Outstanding retired athletes as P.E.teachers are not only the realistic needs of competitive sports and school sports development under the new era background,but also the development goal of national top-level design.Based on the social identity theory and the literature method,this paper analyzes the practical dilemma of retired athletes working as P.E.teachers,in order to provide some theoretical references for strengthening the career transition of retired athletes and the construction of P.E.teachers,as well as for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports and exerting the educational function of school physical education.The research shows that under the background of sports and education integration,retired athletes are employed as P.E.teachers:(1)The access mechanism is not clear and the employment channels are single;(2)The ideological change is not sufficient,and the thoughts of the grassroots PE teachers slide;(3)The cultural foundation is weak and the teaching quality needs to be improved;(4)The rights and interests protection mechanism is not perfect,and teaching enthusiasm needs to be improved.Suggestions:(1)clarify the access mechanism and expand the channels of office holding;(2)to improve the re-education training system and enhance the ability of education and teaching;(3)improve the guarantee mechanism and improve teaching enthusiasm.
