创业警觉性、资源拼凑与创业企业绩效的关系

Entrepreneurial Alertness,Resource Bricolage,and Entrepreneurial Enterprise Performance

资源拼凑是创业企业突破资源约束的关键,创业警觉性作为创业者的一项重要特质,其对资源的敏感度是企业进行资源拼凑的重要因素之一。文章以创业者为研究对象,构建起创业警觉性、资源拼凑与创业企业绩效之间的关系模型,采用SPSS25.0软件进行分析,并进行实证检验。研究发现:创业警觉性的信息检索、联想链接与评估判断三个维度对创业企业绩效存在不同程度的正向影响,从而提升创业企业绩效;资源拼凑对创业企业绩效存在显著正向影响;创业警觉性与资源拼凑存在显著正向影响,同时资源拼凑在创业警觉性对创业企业绩效的影响中起到部分中介作用。结论丰富了“创业者特质→资源拼凑→创业企业绩效”这一逻辑主线的研究,对提升创业企业绩效具有一定指导意义。

Resource bricolage is the key to break through the resource constraints of start-ups.Entrepreneurial alertness is an important characteristic of entrepreneurs.The sensitivity of entrepreneurs to resources is one of the important factors for enterprises to piece together resources.This paper takes entrepreneurs as the research object,constructs the relationship model among entrepreneurial alertness,resource bricolage,and entrepreneurial enterprise performance,uses SPSS25.0 software for analysis,and carries out empirical test.It is found that the three dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness,namely information retrieval,associative linking,and evaluation judgment,have different degrees of positive impact on entrepreneurial enterprise performance,so as to improve performance;resource bricolage has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial enterprise performance;entrepreneurial alertness has a significant positive impact on resource bricolage,and resource bricolage plays a partial mediating role in the impact of entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial enterprise performance.The conclusion enriches the research on the logical main line of"from the characteristics of entrepreneurs to the patchwork of resources and then to the performance of start-ups",which has a certain guiding significance for improving the performance of start-ups.
