摘要
在室内采用菌丝生长速率法,分别测定蟛蜞菊乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇4种提取物对茶轮斑病菌、茶炭疽病菌、茶云纹叶枯病菌这3种茶树叶部病菌的抑菌活性。试验结果显示:蟛蜞菊4种提取物对被测3种茶树病原菌的菌丝生长的抑菌率随着提取物浓度的上升呈现出一定的增长趋势,其中蟛蜞菊4种提取物对茶云纹叶枯病的抑制效果最强,正丁醇萃取物对3种茶树叶部病原菌的抑菌效果最好。
The antifungal activities of ethanol,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts from Wedelia trilobata against three tea leaf pathogens,namely,Alternaria alternata,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Cercospora cinerea,were determined by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that the inhibition rate of the four extracts of Wedelia chinensis on the mycelial growth of the three tea pathogens showed a certain growth trend with the increase of the concentration of the extracts.Among them,the four extracts of Wedelia chinensis had the strongest inhibitory effect on tea leaf blight,and the n-butanol extract had the best inhibitory effect on three tea leaf pathogens.
