2020年度河北省城镇气象服务满意度评估

Assessment of Urban Public Meteorological Service Satisfaction of Hebei Province in 2020

利用手机微信以网络调查问卷的方式,对河北省城镇气象服务满意度进行调查评估,结果表明:37.75%的受访者选择“满意”,31.84%的受访者选择“比较满意”,河北省城镇气象服务满意度相对较高。天气预报的准确率是影响城镇气象服务满意度高低的重要因素。手机端在受访者获取气象服务中扮演的角色分量加重。评估结果为提升河北省城镇气象服务提出相应建议。

The satisfaction of urban public meteorological service of Hebei province was assessed by internet questionnaires on Wechat.We concluded that 37.75%of the interviewees chose highly satisfactory and 31.84%chose partly satisfactory,which showed that the satisfaction was relatively high,The precision of weather forecast was the initial factor of the urban public meteorological service satisfaction.Mobile phones were more and more important in meteorological service.The assessment could provide suggestions on urban public meteorological service of Hebei province.
