浅谈天祝县抗旱防汛工作现状与主要做法

On the Current Situation and Main Methods of Drought and Flood Control in Tianzhu County

为了使全县人民的生命财产安全得到保障,本文详述了兴水抗早,减灾保粮(畜)方针,抓住有利机遇,搞好农田水利基本建设,提升抗旱防汛应急服务能力的工作现状。

In order to ensure the safety of people’s life and property in the county,This paper discusses on building up the water consruction and resisting the olrought,reducing the disaster and protecting the grain(livested),the favorable opportunity to do a good job in the construction of farmland and water conservancy,to improve the ability of the emergency service of the drought and flood control.
