农业气象灾害防灾减灾能力构建探究

Research on the Construction of Agrometeorological Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Capacity

随着社会经济的不断发展,我国农业的发展速度逐渐加快,发展水平得到了有效的提升,推动了我国国民经济的增长。在农业生产活动中,由于受到农业气象灾害的影响,农业生产活动的发展受到了阻碍,难以全面加强农业现代化建设。为了有效带动我国农业发展,有效应对农业气象灾害对农业生产活动带来的影响,在农业种植活动中,要不断提高防灾减灾能力,落实好相应的研究工作,保障农业生产活动能够高效稳定开展,有效增加其生产收益。基于此,在本次研究中就结合我国河北地区农业气象灾害防灾减灾工作中存在的问题进行研究讨论,并提出相应的工作建议,加强河北地区农业气象灾害防灾减灾等相关工作,有效提升灾害预防能力。

With the continuous development of social economy,the development speed of China’s agriculture is gradually accelerating,and the development level has been effectively improved,which promotes the growth of China’s national economy.In agricultural production activities,due to the impact of agricultural meteorological disasters,hindering the development of agricultural production activities,it is difficult to comprehensively strengthen the construction of agricultural modernization.In order to effectively promote China’s agricultural development,effectively deal with the impact of agricultural meteorological disasters on agricultural production activities.In agricultural planting activities,we should constantly improve the ability of disaster prevention and reduction,implement the corresponding research work,ensure that agricultural production activities can be carried out efficiently and stably,and effectively increase its production income.Based on this,in this study,combined with the problems existing in the work of agricultural meteorological disaster prevention and reduction in Hebei Province of China,the corresponding work suggestions are put forward to strengthen the related work of agricultural meteorological disaster prevention and reduction in Hebei Province,and effectively improve the ability of disaster prevention.
