浅析新疆公益林保护存在的问题及对策

Problems and Counter Measures of Public Welfare Forest Protection in Xinjiang

新疆位于我国西北部,土地面积广阔,由于其特殊的地理位置和气候条件,使新疆的公益林保护工作存在诸多的困难和问题,比如新疆的气候条件。新疆的气候以天山为界分为两种气候,北边凉爽多雨,南面炎热干燥,由于这种问题,导致新疆的公益林分布不均匀,导致保护过程中难度比较大。由于新疆地理位置特殊,特别是天山南部沙漠化严重,对我国的生态和气候影响非常重大,因此对于新疆的公益林保护就需要格外重视。本文根据实际情况,讨论新疆公益林在保护过程中存在的问题,并提出解决办法。

Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China with a vast land area.Due to its special geographical location and climatic conditions,there are many difficulties and problems in the protection of public welfare forest in Xinjiang.For example,the climate of Xinjiang is divided into two types by the Tianshan Mountains.It is cool and rainy in the north and hot and dry in the south.Due to this problem,the distribution of public welfare forests in Xinjiang is uneven,which makes it difficult to protect them.Due to the special geographical location of Xinjiang,especially the serious desertification in the southern Tianshan Mountains,the ecological and climate impact of Xinjiang is very significant,so the protection of public welfare forest in Xinjiang needs to be paid special attention.According to the actual situation,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of protection of public welfare forest in Xinjiang,and puts forward some solutions.
