摘要
现代人购买食物时,注重的不是价格,而是食物本身的安全质量。生活中大家对猪肉的需求量大,因此近年来养猪行业发展得越来越好。随着养殖户增多出现饱和的情况,很多人把目光投向了黑猪养殖。黑猪肉除了具有口感更好的食用价值外,还可以作为药用食材。目前,黑猪的抗病能力和生存力相对比较强,黑猪养殖户不断增多,越来越多的地方会规模化地养殖黑猪。秦岭地区传统以农耕为主,但是很多的人为了提高收入,会选择到一些城市打工,秦岭地区的农村出现了大量劳动力转移的情况。劳动力缺乏易造成经济发展落后,为推动当地经济发展,鼓励当地百姓进行特色黑猪养殖。
When modern people buy food,they pay attention not to the price,but to the safety and quality of the food itself.There is a great demand for pork in our daily life,so the development of pig industry is getting better and better in recent years.With the increase in the number of farmers saturated,many people turn their attention to black pig farming.In addition to the edible value of better taste,black pork can also be used as medicine.At present,the disease resistance and survivability of black pigs are relatively strong,the number of black pig farmers is increasing,and more and more places will raise black pigs on a large scale.The Qinling area traditionally focuses on farming,but many people choose to work in some cities in order to increase their income.There is a large number of labor transfer in the rural areas of the Qinling area.The lack of labor force can easily lead to the backwardness of economic development.In order to promote the local economic development,the local people are encouraged to raise black pigs with characteristics.
