中共在解放战争时期实行“三三制”政策略述

On the Policy of“Three-three”System Implemented by the Communist Party of China in the Period of the Liberation War

解放战争时期,中国共产党在解放区继续实行“三三制”政策。直到战略决战阶段到来时,才终止执行这一政策。解放战争时期实行“三三制”政策,对于巩固和发展人民民主统一战线,夺取中国革命胜利具有重要意义。但实行这一政策的过程又具有不同于抗日战争时期的若干特点,因而呈现出曲折和复杂的态势。

During the period of the Liberation War(1945-1949),the Communist Party of China continued to implement the policy of“Three-three”system in the liberated areas.The implementation of this policy was not terminated until the strategic decisive stage came.It was of great significance to implement the“Three-three”system during the War in consolidating and developing the people’s democratic united front and winning the victory of the Chinese revolution.However,the process of implementing this policy had some characteristics which were different from those of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression(1931-1945),thus presenting a tortuous and complicated situation.
