摘要
网络文学为作者本人和文学网站带来巨大的经济利益,但网络盗版链接盛行、抄袭等现象风靡,导致网络服务网站之间就文学归属权问题产生纠纷,网络文学版权保护问题成为亟待解决的问题。立足于法学视角,分析网络文学版权保护的现状和困境,归纳总结造成这种现实困境的原因,以此为突破口,结合我国具体情况,提出完善网络文学版权保护制度的具体建议。
Online literature has brought great economic benefits to authors and literary websites.However,the prevalence of online piracy links and plagiarism have led to disputes over the ownership of literature between online service websites.The copyright protection of online literature has become an urgent issue to be resolved,and the relevant legal system needs to be improved.Based on the legal perspective,this paper briefly introduced the concept of online literature,analyzed the current situation and dilemma of online literature copyright protection,summarized the causes of this realistic dilemma,and put forward specific suggestions to improve the copyright protection system of online literature combining the specific situation of China.
