摘要 针对顺北油田井筒举升过程中,随温度逐步降低,沥青质及蜡质颗粒逐渐聚集、沉淀析出的问题,以顺丁烯二酸酐和二乙醇胺为原料,采用“伪一锅法”合成了端羟基超支化不饱和聚酰胺-胺,并对其末端活性基团进行改性,合成了一种新型超支化表面活性剂(HMPS)。采用红外光谱、核磁、差热-热重、元素分析及凝胶渗透色谱对产物结构进行了表征。将HMPS与重芳烃油、异戊醇按一定比例配制成沥青分散剂,该分散剂对顺北油田井筒取样沥青具有良好的溶解分散性,在50、70和90℃条件下,10 g沥青质分散剂对2 g沥青的溶解率依次为85%、99%和100%。 Aiming at the problem that asphaltene and waxy particles gradually accumulate and precipitate as the temperature gradually decreases during the wellbore lifting process of the Shunbei Oilfield.Using maleic anhydride and diethanolamine as raw materials,the hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched unsaturated polyamide-amine was synthesized by the“pseudo-one-pot method”,and its terminal active groups were modified to synthesize a new type of hyperbranched surfactant(HMPS).The composition and structure of the product were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetism,differential thermal-thermogravimetry,elemental analysis and gel permeation chromatography HMPS,heavy aromatic oil,and isoamyl alcohol are formulated into a bitumen dispersant in a certain proportion,which has good dispersing and dispersing properties for the bitumen sampled from the wellbore of Shunbei Oilfield.At 50,70 and 90℃,the dissolution rates of 10 g asphaltene dispersant to 2 g asphalt are 85%,99%and 100%,respectively.
