中国共产党治贫的百年历程、宝贵经验与前景展望

随着脱贫攻坚战的胜利,我国第一个百年奋斗目标完美收官,彰显了中国奇迹与中国智慧。中国共产党在百年治贫中作用突出、成就斐然。本文以1921、1949、1978、1994、2001、2013年六个关键节点划分介绍中国共产党治贫的百年历程与卓越成就。其宝贵经验有:坚持党的集中统一领导;发挥我国社会主义制度优势和政治优势;构建具有中国特色治贫机制;积极开展国际减贫合作等,彰显负责任大国担当,为全球贫困治理贡献中国智慧、中国方案与中国力量。未来要巩固拓展脱贫成果、夯实治贫根基与保障,实现从消除绝对贫困到治理相对贫困的完美过渡,做好脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的有效衔接,结合发展理论与治贫实践,坚定走绿色、可持续发展道路。

With the victory in the battle against poverty, China’s first centenary goal has come to a perfect conclusion, demonstrating the Chinese miracle and Chinese wisdom. The Communist Party of China has played a prominent role and made remarkable achievements in combating poverty over the past 100 years. This paper introduces the history and practical achievements of Communist Party of China’s poverty governance in six phases. Its valuable experience include: Adhering to the Communist Party of China’s centralized and unified leadership;Give full play to the strengths of China’s socialist system and political strength;Establish a mechanism for combating poverty with Chinese characteristics;Actively promote international cooperation on poverty reduction and so on. China will demonstrate its responsibility as a responsible major country and contribute its wisdom, solutions and strength to global poverty control. In the future, we should consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, consolidate the foundation and guarantee of poverty alleviation, realize a perfect transition from absolute poverty eradication to relative poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, effectively link poverty alleviation with rural revitalization and adhere to the path of green and sustainable development in combination with development theory and poverty alleviation practice.
