随着社会经济的不断发展,人民对物质生活水平的追求也在不断提高。自党的十八大以来,生态文明建设已成为以习近平同志为核心的党中央治国理政的重要组成部分,反映了人们对美好生活的向往,也表明人们对优质生态产品和优美生态环境的需求在不断提高。中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议提出了安全发展战略,对统筹传统安全和非传统安全给予了强调。与此同时,全球化进程的不断推进也使得生态文明建设逐步成为全球各国所共同关注的话题。习近平主席提出的"共建美丽地球家园"理念,为全球生态文明治理提供了中国方案。本文分析了"共建美丽地球家园"的形成背景及具体实践,指出"人类命运共同体"理念为"共建美丽地球家园"指明了方向,并针对"共建美丽地球家园"在推进过程中可能面临的问题与挑战提出了相应的举措。

With the continuous development of social economy, people’s pursuit of material living standards is also constantly improving. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ecological civilization has become an important part of the governance of CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. It reflects people’s growing desire for a better life and shows that the people’s demand for high-quality ecological products and a beautiful ecological environment is constantly improving. The security development strategy proposed on the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized the overall coordination of traditional security and non-traditional security. At the same time, with the continuous advancement of the globalization, the construction of ecological civilization has gradually become a common concern of all countries in the world. The concept of "Jointly Building a Beautiful World" put forward by President Xi Jinping provides a solution for the governance of global ecological civilization. On the basis of fully discussing the formation background and historical exploration of the concept of "Jointly Building a Beautiful Earth Home", this article believes that the concept of "a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind" has pointed out the direction of "Jointly Building a Beautiful Earth Home", and puts forward corresponding measures for the possible problems and challenges in the process of advancement.
