摘要
针对柴里选煤厂人工灰分检测中存在的问题,介绍了无源在线检测灰仪技术指标及结构组成。HC-3500型(无源)灰分仪在柴里选煤厂精煤灰分在线检测中的应用表明:灰分仪能满足煤样灰分检测的要求,优于人工采制化检测,对生产具有很好的指导意义。
In view of the problems in the artificial ash detection in Chaili Coal Preparation Plant,the technical indexes and structure of the passive on-line ash detector are introduced.The application of HC-3500(passive)ash analyzer in on-line detection of ash content of coal in Chaili Coal Preparation Plant shows that the ash meter can meet the requirements of ash detection of coal samples,and is better than manual mining and preparation testing,which has a good guiding significance for production.
