摘要
针对原车载催化型甲烷传感器易燃易中毒、抗震效果差等问题,提出了用激光甲烷传感器替换原有催化传感器,对其硬件、软件设计进行了深入研究及现场试验。试验结果表明:工业性试验期间安全可靠,未出现误断、错断或不动作等故障,测量误差、标气测量误差波动范围和响应时间误差均控制在设计要求范围之内,满足现场使用要求。
In view of the problems of the original catalytic methane sensor,such as flammability,poisoning and poor anti-seismic effect,this paper proposes to replace the original catalytic methane sensor with laser methane sensor,and carries out in-depth research and field test on its hardware and software design.The experimental results show that during the industrial test,it is safe and reliable,and there is no fault such as wrong break,wrong break or no action,and the measurement error,standard gas measurement error fluctuation range and response time error are controlled within the design requirements,meeting the requirements of field use.
