气动单轨吊在撤除综放刮板运输机中的应用

Application of Pneumatic Monorail Crane in Removing Scraper Conveyor of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face

针对采用设装车站、安手拉葫芦撤除刮板运输机,利用绞车和平板车运出的撤除方法存在施工效率不高、安全性较低情况,设计了气动单轨吊运输刮板运输机的方案。该方案在鲍店煤矿6311-2综放工作面运输刮板运输机撤除中进行实践应用,在节省人工、减轻职工劳动强度和提高系统安全性方面具有明显的优势,为井下综放工作面的快速撤除提供了新的工艺和技术。

Aiming at the problems of low construction efficiency and low safety in the removal method of installing loading station,installing chain block to remove scraper conveyor,and using winch and flat car to remove scraper conveyor,a scheme of pneumatic monorail crane to transport scraper conveyor is designed.The scheme is applied in the removal of scraper conveyor in 6311-2 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Baodian Coal Mine.It has obvious advantages in saving labor,reducing labor intensity and improving system safety,and provides new technology and technology for rapid removal of fully mechanized top coal caving face.
