郭庄煤矿3317工作面初采顶板管理技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对郭庄煤矿3317工作面来压步距大、顶板悬空面积大等问题,采用顶板预裂技术进行初采顶板管理,设计顶板预裂方案,对预裂钻孔、装药和爆破工艺进行分析,对工作面采用自然垮落和顶板预裂技术进行对比。结果表明:在采用顶板预裂技术后,工作面的初次来压步距从35.1 m降低到22.5 m,工作阻力从3069 kN降低到2871 kN,可见顶板预裂的效果明显,可以使顶板提前垮落,减少初采期间的顶板悬顶面积,减少来压对工作面的影响。 Aiming at the problems of large weighting step distance and large suspended area of roof in the 3317 working face of Guozhuang Coal Mine,the roof pre splitting technology is adopted for primary mining roof management,the roof pre splitting scheme is designed,the pre splitting drilling,charging and blasting technology are analyzed,and the natural caving and roof pre splitting technology are compared.The results show that after using the roof pre splitting technology,the first weighting step of the working face is reduced from 35.1 m to 22.5 m,and the working resistance is reduced from 3069 kN to 2871 kN.It can be seen that the effect of roof pre splitting is obvious,which can make the roof collapse ahead of time,reduce the hanging roof area during the initial mining period,and reduce the impact of weighting on the working face.
