基于突出强度对突出煤层分级问题的探讨

Discussion on classification of outburst coal seam based on outburst intensity

通过对2000—2019年较大及以上突出事故、大量瓦斯基本参数实验室测试,以及以往研究成果的分析,对突出煤层分级的方法、依据和判定规则、指标临界值等相关问题进行了深入探讨。提出将突出煤层划分为“一般突出煤层”和“严重突出煤层”两级,并以突出强度作为分级指标依据的突出煤层分级方法,建立了严重突出煤层的判定规则并确定了判定指标的临界值。研究结果可为突出矿井确定开采程序、防突规划、采掘接替规划等提供重要依据。

Based on the analysis of large outburst accidents from 2000 to 2019,laboratory tests on a large number of basic gas parameters,and previous research results,the method,basis,judgment rule,index critical value and other related problems of outburst coal seam classification were deeply discussed.The outburst coal seams were divided into“general outburst coal seam”and“serious outburst coal seam”.On the basis of the classification method of outburst coal seam based on outburst intensity,the judgment rule of serious outburst coal seam was established and the critical value of judgment index was determined.The research results can provide an important basis for the determination of mining procedures,outburst prevention planning and mining replacement planning of outburst mine.
