湿法快速消解-ICP-MS法同时测定化妆品中的37种元素 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立湿法快速消解-ICP-MS法同时测定化妆品中37种金属元素及有害元素的方法。方法:对三种不同的前处理方法--微波消解法、湿法快速消解法及直接进样法的加标回收率试验进行比较。最后采用湿法快速消解法进行样品前处理,以锗、铼、铑为在线内标及碰撞反应池技术校正基体效应,外标法进行ICPMS定量分析。结果:37种元素在0.0~50.0 ng/mL浓度范围内与峰强度呈现良好线性关系(线性相关系数为0.9958~0.9999),方法检出限范围为0.018~5.7μg/kg,RSD值为1.1%~2.7%。加标回收率在80.3%~118.1%之间。结论:样品前处理采用湿法快速消解技术,结合ICP-MS测定化妆品中37种元素的方法,具有试剂消耗少、简单、快速、准确性好、灵敏度高等优点,能够满足化妆品中37种元素的同时测定,适合大批量非腊基质化妆品的检测和筛查工作。 Purpose:A method for the determination of 37 kinds of metallic elements and hazardous elements in cosmetics was discussed and established.Three different pretreatment methods were compared,including microwave digestion,rapid wet digestion and direct injection.Using online internal standard technique and KED measurement mode to correct the effect of matrix,and the 37 trace elements in cosmetic were analyzed by external standard method.Result:The method was shown to be very sensitive with detection limit in the range of 0.018~5.7ng/g,the linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.996,the relative standard deviation(RSD)in range of 1.1%~2.7%and the recovery of the samples in range of 80.3%~118.1%.The experimental results show that the method to determine 37 trace elements by ICP-MS with rapid wet digestion has advantages of simplicity,quick,good accuracy and high sensitivity.
