AA3连续流动注射水杨酸法测海水中氨氮及稀释、盐度校正问题

摘要 AA3连续流动注射水杨酸法用来测定海水样品中的氨氮含量,在氨氮线性范围为0~0.150mg/L时,仪器检出限为0.001mg/L,相对偏差为0.256~1.84%,回收率为95-115%。此方法用于海水氨氮的检测,具有精密度和准确性好等优点,适合批量样品的测定。测定海水样品时,稀释可降低海水基质产生的影响,为了减少海水基质带来的误差,配制工作曲线时,应采用和样品盐度相近的无氨海水进行。 The method of AA3 continuous flow injection of salicylic acid was used to determine the content of ammonia nitrogen in seawater samples.When the linear range of ammonia nitrogen was 0~0.150mg/L,the detection limit of the instrument was 0.001mg/L,the relative deviation was 0.256~1.84%,and the recovery was 95-115%.This method can be used for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in seawater.It has the advantages of good precision and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of bulk samples.This method can be used for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in seawater.When determining seawater samples,dilution reduces the effect of seawater matrix.In order to reduce the error caused by seawater matrix,ammonia-free seawater with similar salinity should be used in the preparation of working curve.
