分瓣解锁机构冲击特性分析与优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对空间光学和天线等设备在压紧释放过程冲击载荷过高的问题,对新型分瓣螺母解锁机构开展了动力学仿真分析和原理样机的解锁冲击试验,对解锁过程中冲击特性进行了讨论,分析了解锁冲击特性的影响因素,并在此基础上进行了设计优化。结果表明:基于有限元方法的解锁动力学模型与试验吻合良好;新型非火工解锁装置解锁过程的最大加速度远低于火工品解锁冲击;优化缓冲垫和储能碟簧片均可显著降低解锁冲击。 The impact of space optical instruments and antenna instruments during the releasing process is high.To solve this problem,a new type of releasing device with segmented nut was investigated.The dynamic simulation analysis and the releasing impact test of the prototype were carried out,the impact characteristics during the process of releasing were discussed,and the different factors influencing unlocking impact were investigated.The results showed that the dynamic model based on the finite element method was in good agreement with the test,and the maximum releasing impact of new type of releasing device was much lower than that of initiating explosive device.Moreover,the results demonstrated that the optimization design of buffer and energy storage disc spring could significantly reduce the unlocking impact.
