广西西江干流生态流量目标及保障方案

Ecological flow target and guarantee plan of Guangxi for main stream of Xijiang River

介绍了广西西江干流的水生态环境及水力资源开发现状。综合考虑监控能力和调度性能确定河流生态流量控制断面。从保障程度和生态需求等方面考虑制定生态流量目标,从西江干流上控制性工程的调度、主要控制断面流量的监测与预警、生态流量保障的各方责任及考核等方面提出了生态流量的保障方案,为保障广西西江干流生态流量提出可行性建议。

An introduction was made on the water ecological environment and water resources development status of main stream of Xijiang River in Guangxi.The river ecological flow control sections were determined taking into con⁃sideration the supervision capability and regulating performance.The ecological flow target is drafted in respects of guarantee degree and ecological demands.The ecological flow guarantee plan is put forward in respects of regula⁃tion of control projects on main stream of Xijiang River,flow supervision and alarm at control sections,responsibili⁃ties and examination of relevant parties.The author also gave suggestions for guarantee of ecological flow of Xijiang River.
