在信息科技时代,企业数字化转型势在必行。文章以上汽集团为例,系统阐述了企业集团在市场运行管理数字化转型方面的研究与实践。经过持续改进和完善,集团市场运行管理的数字化转型完成了3个阶段的工作,统一数据标准,构建多维大数据预测分析体系,推动可视化数据分析系统,从而提高了决策的质量及效率,助力提升集团整体的经济效益。
In the era of information technology, the digital transformation of enterprises is imperative. Taking SAIC Group as an example, the research and practice of digital transformation of the enterprise group in market operation and management are expounded systematically in this paper. After continuous improvement, the digital transformation of the group’s market operation management has completed three stages of work, unifying data standards, building multi-dimensional big data prediction and analysis system, and promoting visual data analysis system, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of decision-making, and help enhance the overall economic benefits of the group.
