甘肃引黄灌区不同施氮水平对枸杞间作大豆光合特性、产量和品质的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Photosynthetic Characteristics,Yield and Quality of Lycium barbarum L.Intercropped Soybean in Yellow River Irriation Area of Gansu Province

摘要 为探究枸杞和大豆的光合特性、产量及品质对施氮水平的响应规律,为甘肃引黄灌区枸杞间作大豆模式下氮肥的合理施用提供参考,本研究基于大田试验,对比分析2种种植模式(枸杞单作,DG;枸杞间作大豆,JG)和3种施氮水平(高氮724 kg/hm2,N1;中氮484 kg/hm2,N2;低氮246 kg/hm2,N3)对枸杞、大豆光合特性、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:施氮能促进枸杞的光合作用,在间作模式下效果更为显著。JGN2处理枸杞的Pn(净光合速率)最高,为23.68μmol/(m2·s);2种种植模式下产量均以N2水平最高,且间作模式(JG)较单作模式(DG)高9.01%;在同一施氮水平下,DG和JG百粒质量差异不显著;枸杞多糖和总糖含量变化规律基本一致,均为JG高于DG,JGN2总糖含量最高,为48.38%;间作的大豆蛋白质含量差异不显著,但脂肪含量N2处理最高,为22.33%。综合分析,间作有利于枸杞产量和品质的提升,施氮量为484 kg/hm2较为适宜。 In order to explore the response of photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of of Lycium barbarum L and soybean to nitrogen application,and to provide reference for the rational application of nitrogen fertilizer under the mode of intercropping of Lycium barbarum L.and soybean in Gansu Yellow River irrigation area,based on the field experiment,two planting patterns(Lycium barbarum L monoculture,DG;Lycium barbarum L.intercropping soybean,JG)and three nitro-gen application levels(724 kg/hm^(2),N1;484 kg/hm^(2),N2;246 kg/hm^(2),N3)were set,the photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum L and soybean were compared and analyzed.The results showed that nitrogen appli-cation could promote the photosynthesis of Lycium barbarum L,and the effect was more significant in intercropping mode.The Pn of Lycium barbarum L.and soybean under JGN2 treatment was the highest,which was 23.68μmol/(m^(2)·s)and.21.67μmol/(m^(2)·s)respectively.The yield was the highest at N2 level,and and the intercropping model(JG)was 9.01%higher than the monoculture model(DG).There was no significant difference in 100-grain weight between DG and JG under the same nitrogen application rate.The changes of polysaccharides and total sugar contents of Lycium barba-rum.L were basically the same,and the contents of total sugar were higher in intercropping model than in monoculture model.The contents of total sugar in JGN2 were the highest,which was 48.38%.The difference of protein content of in-tercropping soybean was not significant,but the fat content of N2 treatment was the highest,which was 22.33%.Compre-hensive analysis showed that intercropping was beneficial to the improvement of yield and quality of Lycium barbarum L,and the optimum nitrogen application rate was 484 kg/hm^(2).
