苎麻种质资源遗传多样性分析研究进展

Advances in Genetic Diversity Analysis of Ramie Germplasm Resources

作物种质资源是选育作物新品种的基础。作物种质资源多样性包括物种多样性和遗传多样性,而遗传多样性是生物多样性的核心。作物的种质资源遗传多样性研究包括作物的表型、细胞学、生化以及分子水平四个方面。苎麻是我国四大纤维作物之一,种植面积占全世界种植面积的90%以上,我国具有丰富的苎麻种质资源。从以上4个方面对苎麻种质资源进行综述,并根据苎麻种质资源研究的现状,提出苎麻在种质资源研究中的主要问题,以期为苎麻种质资源的研究、利用及新品种选育提供参考。

Crop germplasm resources are the basis for breeding new crop varieties.Crop germplasm resources diversity in-cludes species diversity and genetic diversity.Genetic diversity was the core of biodiversity.The genetic diversity of crop germplasm resources is mainly studied from four aspects:crop phenotype,cytology,biochemistry and molecular level.Ram-ie is one of the four major fiber crops in China.Its germplasm area ccoverd more than 90%of the world's,and it was full of ramie germplasm resources.In this study,the ramie germplasm resources were reviewed from the above four aspects.According to the status quo of ramie germplasm resources research,the main problems of ramie in germplasm resources re-search were put forward,in order to further study and utilize ramie germplasm resources.And it can provide valueable ref-erence.
